January 2010

I thought it was a good place to keep children.

My assistant office manager. He tends to goof off more than work. I hear that happens alot with the younger generations.

Carter has his seasons and sports mixed. He'll learn soon enough that you can't fish and hunt ducks at the same time.
I counted the books as I put them away. Would you have guessed he had 48 of them out?

The Last of December 2009

We didn't get any GREAT! Chirstmas pictures of Carter. He wasn't that interested in opening presents, he mostly just wanted to play, either with his dogs or with his cousin, Cruz.

Even More December 2009

Carter got a present in the mail a couple weeks before Christmas. He wasn't really interested in the Christmas tree so I figured he'd leave the present alone. Wrong. He tore right into it as soon as we weren't looking.
Carter and Daddy CarterProofing the kitchen.
Carter peeks out when he's done in the shower.
My brother, Andy, came up for a few days and spent some quality time with Carter playing computer...

and drinking coffee.

More December 2009

Every year in December some of the ladies in Fort Peck get together to eat, drink and exchange cookies. It can be alot of work to make four dozen cookies without a CarterMan running around, and it's even more work with a CarterMan running around. He'd had enough cookie making and needed some attention. Since Landon was busy mounting a skull and I still had two batches to bake, we had to bust out the backpack. It worked well; a little uncomfortable to bend over to get to the oven, but it worked.

December 2009

Here's another 4 generation picture. Gramma Kay, me and Carter, and my Dad, Steve.

We're lucky to have this picture. Carter really didn't like Santa...but in Carter's defense, he was overtired and maybe a little hungry. Hopefully we have better luck next year.
